Shows you thought you'd never get into but find enjoyable...

Paul and I have been watching Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love Hewitt while we've been on vacation. I never saw the show or anything about it when it was still on the air, but from what I knew about it I didn't think I'd like it at all. I was surprised to find out how much we enjoyed it.

1. Life Unexpected.

It doesn't hurt that Shiri Appleby is on that show.

2. Project Runway.

I started to watch a couple of seasons ago. Before getting hooked on the show I snickered at my wife and daughter while they watched P.R. I've never paid attention to woman's fashion, and the runway show news clips I've seen over the years appeared stupid to me.

Alley and I enjoy very different programming, and instead of going to different rooms we agreed to watching t.v. together, alternating recorded programs. I got hooked after a couple of weeks, and she will still occasionally watch an episode of Venture Brother's with me.

3. I tried to watch it but couldn't get past those caterpillars she has on her eyelids

Seriously, I thought artificial eyelashes were long gone for a good reason. They just look stupid.

Usually can't stand the paranormal shtick, but this holds my interest.
