Sometimes CATS are not HELPING half as much as they THINK they're helping |
|
I'm packing up a few boxes to put into storage. My cat has been sleeping on the recliner. Unfortunately, she just woke up. She cam sauntering into the room and is making her way around the room, inspecting every inch of the work in progress.
I MAY be wrong but I think I don;t need her "help."
She just yawned...here's hoping she's bored and goes back to her nap.

1. She needs to evaluate how this might affect her. |
|
If it doesn't, you have nothing to fear.

She's already back in the recliner, napping.
But she HAD to take a time out and conduct her inspection.

2. My dear Amerigo Vespucci! |
|
Oh, those cats! They have a nose for any sort of disruption, be it large or small...
With any luck at all, she'll find a nice empty box, and make herself comfortable in it!

...and her number one favorite sport in life is to jump into empty boxes and peek out over the top. One time I had a pizza box from Safeway that I was able to stand up into an "A-frame" format and she used to crawl under there and use it as her fort.
Right now she's just sort of walking around and sniffing everything and plotting her next evil move. And she just took a time-out for grooming.

6. Every time I made the bed my cat would jump on it. |
|
She wouldn't move from the bed, either. Even as a sheet and a blanket were being placed on the bed. Eventually you'd see this big lump in one area of the bed.
When it was all done, she'd come out from under the sheets.

8. I had a kitty like that once, and you know how you sorta shake the |
|
sheet up in the air to get it to land on the bed when you make it? He use to love jumping into the sheet as it was being fluffed in the air.
We had so much fun with him, we had an extra sheet just to toss him up & down like a little kid! He was such a playful goof-ball. Boy do I miss him.
