For the love of Dog, please make it STOP! |

One of my kitties, Cider, is sitting on the table next to my computer. Whenever my hand gets too close he grabs it and starts grooming me. Freaking sandpaper tongue.

5. did you ever grab a cat's tongue when it is doing that? |
|
It's pretty funny. Might cure the problem.

6. I try to be gentle with Cider's tongue... |
|
He once had to go to the emergency vet to have a string cut off that he had somehow wrapped around his tongue. The vet said it could have led to an amputation. So I'm delicate when handling his tongue. His face? Oh, another matter entirely. He shoves it into my hand so I'll give it a shake. He's a weird, sweet, lovable, goof of a big Creamsicle kitty.

He cried so hard. He viewed his pup as family. Of course he's not your normal Republican, either.

9. So then there is hope for this country |
|
They say you can judge a country on how they treat their animals.
Perhaps we should have a sanity rally every month, everyone invited.

whatever their failings, it seems that pets can adore their repuke masters and hence, repukes feel their loss just as deeply
