i was just clicking on your links and found one of the threads i posted:

i was going to do a follow up because people were commenting that the tv was screwing up or something was wrong--and i was just going to post here that it hasn't happened since that one time.

then i looked at the date of the thread. april. well, so it's been six months and no problem with the tv.

then i looked at the day i posted it. april 13. and i thought it's been over six months. then i realized that date was familiar. it's my dad's birthday. he's been gone 21 years.

on edit: and all this time i thought it was my mom (who passed a year ago) turning off the tv. now i wonder...

It's so much fun, and then I realized that I could do some cool custom graphics this year, having Photoshop and all. They were a bit rushed; but I'll be better prepared next time :)
