1. What I'd give for a newsman like Donaldson today.
Toupee be damned. That man would quite simply have dismissed Rand Paul, Christine O' Donnell and Sarah Palin with a direct comment on their respective intelligence, in the form of a question.

"Since you are unintelligent, what qualifies you for public office?"

1) As Homo Sapiens evolved, "man" became less hirsute.

2) Male pattern baldness appears to occur in association with an accumulation of testosterone in the hair follicles of the scalp.

Ergo

3) Men who are bald, or balding, represent a higher level of evolution and "manliness" - a natural state of perfection to which all true men should aspire.

Heh.

That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Oh, and yes, I am bald. (Most of the time I shave my entire head, but sometimes I let it grow out a little.)

PS - faux hair, e.g, "rugs" are an abomination, and against nature. Shun them.

3. Both men and women can experience hair loss
This can be due to genetics or medical issues, such as chemo, alopecia, etc.. If a hair piece makes someone feel better about themselves, I say go for it. Life is too short to worry about what other people think of you.
