"Lo there do I see my father, Lo there do I see my mother and my sisters and my brothers, Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the beginning, Lo they do call to me, they bid me take my place among them, in the Halls of Valhalla, where the brave may live forever."
13th Warrior
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhm7DMvapGAThose that think that is about 'race' or 'genetic lines' Why would you think that a biological act of reproduction would define what a person is, might not your father, mother, sisters, and brothers, also be the spirit of what you learn and believe, how you choose to think and feel.
Is really the genetics of who you are the determiner of things, or is who you choose to be, what you think and feel in your spirit, might that be what family lines are?
If you think that is about genetics, then why do you think that?
Or more simply, do you think the 13th warrior was their brother also?
But for those that believe in Noble Lines.
If you really want to think it is about genetics, think on this a bit, the nobles of the house lines, and their actions abdicated the respect of their ancestors, and minor nobles that did not take part in their choice of actions were next in line and moved up by line of succession. So if you think you are special by genetic lines, and make the genetic argument you are still in worse shape. So even with the genetic argument, it is not about genetic lines.
That is the meaning of Karl Rove by the camera, and many of the royals wiped out, in the King Ralph trailer, if you believe in genetic lines. I don't think in terms of genetic lines, but there is no argument if you do.
