2. I dunno. It's snowing. I thought I'd build a snowman. Then, you know,
maybe put it in my car and go shopping with it. That would give me somebody to talk to while pushing my cart around the big box looking for over-priced stuff I don't need. So it kind of depends on how quickly the snow falls

3. Make it an angry snowman.
Then you can have a brawl with it at WalMart over a cheapo 12-slice toaster.

4. Are you going shopping at 5:00 am tomorrow?
It's sort of a "day after turkey day" tradition.

Bon apetit.

:hi:

5. It took a long time to thaw... Is your thermostat set very low,
or is your turkey very large? (or some of each)

6. On Thanksgiving day, I put it in the fridge, which I keep rather cold
and I checked it until it didn't seem icy anymore. When I opened it up today, there was about a cup of water in the cavity, so I was worried at first about bacterial growth, but there was no bad odor and I found a popsicle-sized piece of ice in the cavity, so it had stayed pretty cold. Tastes good!

8. Yes, when thinking of a very large turkey, Mr. Bean comes to mind
Welcome to DU, BrendaBrick!
