I made my first batch of home brew today. |
I got a kit for Christmas last year and this is the first I've been able to use it. I cant wait to try it and see how it goes.

That was all the store had that I was interested in, thankfully my friend wh o showed me how to do it gave me a catalog that had hundreds of kits available.

5. Was it an extract kit? |
That's how I started. The owner of the brewing supply store I go to (and where I now work) calls those Campbell's soup. When you move up to all grain brewing, you'll have so much control over the finished product. I love this hobby. Been brewing almost four years, now.

6. Yeah I bought a pre-made kit. |
It was an interesting experience. I'm gonna buy an outside burner so I can do this at home at some point in the next couple months.
