Yeah, Jimi made "All Along The Watchtower" his own, but Bob STILL owns "Like A Rolling Stone."

NO one...INCLUDING Jimi...did a better version. There are some nice versions out there, yes...and some bad ones (How the HELL did the Rolling Stones manage such a wimp-assed version?)...
