Trying to oven slow-cook beef ribs |

Tell me if I'm wrong on anything:
I took the ribs, and poured lime juice over them, then sprinkled Salt Lick rub all over them, and rubbed it into the meat
Then I set them for about 1-2 hours
After that, I put Salt Lick BBQ sauce all over them and wrapped them in aluminum foil
I stuck them in the oven for 400 for 30 min, then lowered the temp to 200 and let cook for several hours

Will these ribs come out juicy?
Should I add water to the pan the foil-wrapped ribs are sitting in?
Should I put foil wrap over the ribs and over the pan?
