1. Yes of course, and in fact
I think I once had the record they made. It was one of those paper-thin plastic records that they inserted into the magazine. I'm sure I had that at one point, but all of my stuff from that era is gone. My stepmother threw away everything of mine when I was away at college.

3. "She Lets Me Watch Her Mom and Pop Fight"
That's the MAD 45 I remember.

And Friday night is something wonderful to see
When her Pop comes home with only half his check
We split a candy bar and watch World War Three
It's got neckin' beat to heck!

I love her, I love her, Oh boy how I love her,
Cause she lets me watch her Mom and Pop fight!

(Useless trivia memory banks spewing forth.)

4. With great pride , my facebook profile page's "religious views" :
Religious Views:
follower of Al Bundy, Curly Howard and Maynard G. Krebs... and of course Alfred E. Neuman

and yeah, I used to have this too, and yeah, my mom threw out my old Mad magazines....(And my baseball cards, my thousands of baseball cards, but that's a tragedy for a different thread sometime...)

6. Even BETTER was MadTV
I followed it from the beginning, through so many wonderful and talented cast members. So sad to see it end...

7. MadTV WAS an incredibly funny show -- underwatched...

...but I think NOT under-appreciated by the people who DID watch it.
