I was totally happy...Our poetry circle had joined forces with a senior class in our high school, and we were collaborating with them, writing and reading our work that day in a local B&N.

By the way my wife just finished her chemo therapy for ovarian cancer. Now waiting for results of a CT scan to tell us if the chemo worked. Some time after the holidays she will have breast removal surgery and reconstruction. I thought I'd bring folks up to date on her progress.

Love it, Yoga with Franti in the Am. You can talk to him, be his partner etc for about two hours in the early AM. This year about 10,000 people were doing Yoga.

The lineup is always stellar. Last year was crazy, with Vieux Farke Toure (Ali Farke Toures son).

This year he busted out Sound Of Sunshine and a new sound, more showy and rock starish than before.

Probably 100k are there now.

Summer in GG Park at festivals is the best. PTP< Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, Outside Lands (Gotta pay for that one though) are all great festivals.
