Frank Sinatra - Medley - The Gal That Got Away - It Never Entered My Mind

The Chairman of the Board. Old Blue Eyes. Frank Sinatra won the hearts of millions with his lilting lyrics and Hollywood mystique. Cozy up on December 12 with a martini and 1,000 Sinatra memories in celebration of this legend's birthday.

#1 Pour yourself a nice, sturdy glass of Jack Daniels or a martini. While Frank's lounge-style music is often epitomized by the martini, he also enjoyed a good swig of Jack any day.
#2 Light a fine cigar and puff away throughout the day. Frank enjoyed the fine life, and good cigars were no exception to the rule.
#3 Rent some of Sinatra's films and invite a few friends over for a celebratory screening party. Some of his most famous movies include "From Here to Eternity," "The Man with the Golden Arm" and "The Manchurian Candidate."

1. I was just listening to Frank sing Christmas songs.
Sinatra could sing anything.

King of the hill - Top of the heap -

"A" Number One.

4. Happy birthday, Ol' Blue Eyes.
Controversial, yes, but the man knew how to sing a song.

A giant.

5. don't forget...
#4 Smack some women around.
#5 Participate in 'humorous' racist commentary with other white cronies.

Yeah, he could sing, was a good showman, and did a lot for the Italian American community, but the dude was a major jerk in some of the worst kind of ways.

I've never heard of #4
But #5 I take Issue with.
"Participate in 'humorous' racist commentary with other white cronies"
It's called comedy and satire.
Frank was not a Bigot. I know Bigots.
Frank was a tree hugging Liberal way before it was cool.

11. um...
If you make jokes about a minority race and you're not a member of that minority race, that's racism. NOT comedy. Frank, Deano and the boys routinely made racist comments about black people. I don't find that funny.

12. I get your point on that.
Comedians tell off flavoured jokes..Eddie Murphy made Aids Jokes and Gay Jokes in the 80's. I am horrified when I listen to some of that ignorance today.
Do I think that Eddie Murphy is Anti-gay or dismissive of Aids? No!
Sammy Davis Jr.was not a Token Black guy to demean and be mean to..He was a friend. Frank loved him..
