Okay I like this show. Always a tear or two jerked. I think they pick nice guys to begin with. But in my experieence That is unlike any boss I have ever had. They have all pretty much been jerks.

So who do you want to see on UB in the future?

I'd like to see my Father on there, he ued to give his employees speed so they would get more work done. he used to take photos of his employees in uncompromising positions (that he made happen) and use that against them at times of raises and union votes. He used to fire people at will. Once he fired a couple of people for accepting a turkey for Thanksgiving from a builder because he offered nothing at all.
