Such a good piece of music and you ONLY here it areound Christmas time. EVEN ON JAZZ STATIONS...

2. It's because it's on the Vince Gueraldi Trio's "Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown" album.
Now, I do understand what you mean...it's merely an unfortunate circumstance that it is only on a Christmas album because it's not a Christmas song...but that tends to happen when your jazz trio only releases one album before you die unexpectedly...and it's a Christmas album.
