DAMN - roof replacement is a FUCKING LOUD PROCESS!!!
The Sheltie is in hiding somewhere. I finally got the Border Collie to calm down. I'm downstairs and it is STILL too loud to talk on the phone comfortably.

1. Can you take the critters for a drive?
We had our roof replaced in July, and it drove me and our dogs crazy too. I gave them a herbal doggie tranquilizer with valerian from the Vitamin Shoppe, and it helped a bit.

2. The only thing the Sheltie hates more than weird noises is the car - could mean the VET!!!

3. Somewhere I have a picture of my dog wearing those big ear muffs that
people wear around loud machines. She hated the sound of the nail guns.
