I'm watching one of my favorite holiday movies, "28 Days Later."
It's got everything that makes Christmas this year so memorable for me...disease-ridden monkeys, a shopping excursion in an abandoned grocery store, a castle guarded by a whacked-out militia, biting, running, more biting, and Xanax.

All that's missing is a yule log. Maybe next year.

2. Nope, this year's second feature in my Christmas Eve "Share The Warmth" festival is...


Bikers, explosions, gratuitous nudity, and...in the words of the leader of the biker gang, Lance Henriksen, "enough crank to light up half the Gulf Coast."

And The Doobie Brothers' "Dangerous" in the soundtrack.

This, along with "28 Days Later," sums up literally 100% about my feelings towards Christmas this year.
