A hotel guest gave me an early xmas gift |
|
Last night he wouldn't answer his door for his room service order. The night manager came up and opened the door for me. He walked in and peeked around the corner (where the bed is) and threw his hands up in the air and walked away. I walked around the corner and there lay the man in a semi-fetal position buck naked.
I thought I'd be nice and pulled the covers up over him so he wouldn't be embarrassed when I woke him. After I got him awake he was speaking gibberish and not making any sense. Finally he snapped to and I told him how much his order would be. He said, 'I need to get my pants'. So he threw off the covers and walked across the room all stark naked and grabbed his pants to put them on. I will admit he had a cute tushie.

1. What do you guys NOT see? |
|
You know, pulling the covers over him was very thoughtful and considerate, especially since you liked the view. Hope he felt better after eating. The speaking gibberish part sounds like alcohol or drugs, well most of it sounds like alcohol or drugs. Maybe he was feeling low, being in a hotel all alone on xmas.

2. He wasn't alone so much... |
|
He was part of the Tran-Siberian Orchestra. They had all gone out and gotten drunk. With the mans name we thought he might have been speaking a foreign language after we thought about it for a while but cannot be certain.

4. Yes! Very much more interesting |
|
This information puts the story in a whole new light. It is so common to revert to ones first language when stressed or not quite conscious and puritanical "modesty" has not infected all of the world, thanks gods. I am still impressed with Will's gentle, thoughtful concern though.

6. Hmmmm, the TSO item explains it all. Musicians! |
|
Just another breed. (NOTE: This is not meant to insult all the musicians who may read this.)

9. Echoing MFM, as a musician too, it all makes perfect sense . |

and I can hardly imagine any musician taking offense. I would think most would be agreeing with the "makes perfect sense" view of it.
