The best Christmas present ever!
I got a lot of different things for Christmas, but this one is the cutest:

It was given to me by the sweetest guy in the world. And, it matches my sig pic! :loveya: baby :*

Second runner up: I got myself a Color Nook a couple of weeks ago and god, I love that thing. I spent most of today reading The Kennedy Detail: JFK's Secret Service Agents Break Their Silence. It's an interesting book, and next up will probably be the Autobiography of Mark Twain.

Before this, my best Christmas present ever was the Pixie Puppet Theater that I got when I was about six. It had a little stage, with actors whose bodies were made of styrofoam heads and pipe cleaner bodies, with tiny little costumes. That entertained me for many hours.

What was your best Christmas present ever?

1. That's adorable!
I got The Autobiography of Mark Twain for Christmas, too - the old fashioned paper kind, lol.

3. When I was around 10 yrs. old I got the 60's version of an Easy Bake oven.
It was about a foot high, 14" wide, blue, & was electric. I got a cardboard box full of cake mixes, frosting mixes, biscuit & cookie mixes, plus small cake pans, cookie sheets, & metal utensils.

When the mixes were gone, I used it to fry my own serving of french fries inside the oven. I got a lot of use out of it before the oven door gave me a mild shock when I opened it. Best toy ever.

4. The year I asked for - and got - my 12" diameter Replogle globe.
I was nine or ten years old and an irrepressible geography-nerd. Not that I'm any different now.

:hi: Bunny!! :pals: :loveya: :fistbump:

5. You still have a thing for globes, don't you?
Especially globes that show Italian East Africa!

6. That's my favorite globe ever....
"Irish Free State"
"French Equatorial Africa"
"Rhodesia"
"Union of Soviet Socialist Republics"

...even my adult geography-nerd gets fantastic Christmas gifts.
