watching Lord of The Rings on TNT

They cut out one of the best scenes, what is there reasoning. Why change the story, scorching the sky is best guess, but what are they afraid of. And furthermore why did they decide to cut it out now, and not in previous showings.

I will carry you.

Why did they cut that scene out, the people at TNT need to explain their reasoning. And what their purpose is.

They don't want you to see that scene, why is that?

Side note, major muzzle flash on that censor action.

Actually wasn't going to post for awhile, things are going so good, but after that might as well play a favorite clip.

3. Do you mean the scene where Frodo's finger got bitten off?
I can understand why TNT censored a scene like that--little kids were probably watching. If I had little kids, I wouldn't let them witness such violence. It's too scary for them and gives some kids nightmares.

The crazy thing was that they showed the aftermath: Frodo's severed knuckle bleeding. A pretty bad job of censoring if you ask me.

I used to babysit young kids and I'd have gotten in trouble with the parents if I let them watch scary movies or movie scenes.
