Ipad question. How do I get the safari program to let me type a url in?
I need to enter url because my mom thinks I can teach her to use this piece of shit.

1. Launch Safari
Tap in the address box at the top of the screen.

Type in the desired address.

3. Touch the address field at the top of the Safari screen...
...The keyboard should appear automagically.

6. tapping the address space at the top of Safari should bring up the keyboard

2. Put the iPad on the tee.
3. Swing the driver.
4. Drive the damn thing 400 yards.
5. Buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

5. The best way to learn an iPad...
Poke around... Don't be afraid to point and poke... Apple designed a very discoverable UI.

Just give an iPhone or iPad to a three year old.. Watch how they learn it... They point and poke. The UI explains itself.
