Have been enjoying a highly elevated heartbeat for almost four weeks now. There's almost no question that I've finally gone over the edge into hyperthyroidism, and will be joining my sister shortly in saying goodbye to my thyroid. I'm very, very worried and would appreciate any well wishes you can spare. Or ever good ones.:)

I'm now thinking that I'm just hypothyroid again, which would be good, as I can fix that myself with diet. The source of confusion is that when I'm hypothyroid, my thyroid goes nuts, which a layman (well, this one at least) would associate with hyperthyroidism. So I'm definitely getting a doctor's appointment as soon as I can, but I'm no longer scared shitless. Your good thoughts and best wishes are nonetheless appreciated boundlessly.:grouphug:
