Hard to believe any grunt would disparage those who provided critical support. I know there has been some combat troop vs. support troop crap, but most combat vets don't buy into that.

The Air Force came in real handy on some ops--those fast-movers really saved some lives. And when I was in the A Shau, those B-52's affected the size of the NVA forces we were fighting.

Not everyone was called to be out in the jungle, in the mud. I don't disparage anyone who served, in whatever capacity and for whatever reason. We were all on the same side.
