Here's one, to Facilities, from someone who just moved into a new office.
Hello:
my chair goes with me.
The trash wasn’t even thrown out since last Thursday.................. NOR has it been vacuumed. It’s very dirty and I’m allergic along with asthma................... Already had one episode this weekend........................
PLEASE................ COULD IT BE VACCUM AND NEED BLUD TAPE TO COVER SHARP EDGE.........................
NOTE: COMPUTER IS FILTHY..............................
I have no problem cleaning...................... However................ this one is a problem..................
PLEASE AND THANK YOU...........................
Upon receiving notice that Facilities would follow up, this user replied
Sorry to bother you again............ but need help hooking up my headphone connector........... plus phone doesn’t reach............. my perimeter..?
What emails have you received that make you want to scream? Not politics or glurge -- people who can't handle the English language, as in my sample, or other such efff-uppedness.

1. The ones from someone on the litigation team |
|
It looks like a personal "to do" sort of recital of facts and stuff that needs to be done, but it's addressed to everyone on the team, as if I'm supposed to do that person's job.
Okay, maybe it doesn't make we want to scream, more like beat the sender featureless, but scream seems a safer alternative.
