You know, when you go to the Greatest, then click on Top Tens? I sometimes do that to see what people are fighting about. Guess you could say I'm looking for trouble.
Well there it was: Nader. Pit Bulls. Smoking. Olive Garden. LIHOP/MIHOP. The primaries. Meat eaters v. Veggie people. I don't know why it would have a near-equal number of recs & un-recs because it's obviously just for fun.

That said, I used to notice increased dreams whenever I had chicken for dinner. This was many years ago, but I still wonder if it was because of the increased Tryptophan in the meat. I don't seem to get a similar effect from taking 5HTP.
Edit to replace Serotonin with Tryptophan
