Well, I've come and gone.

I've seen horrors, ladies and gentlemen. Horrors that most men would not wish on their mortal enemies. Yes, I have run the gauntlet of FreeRepublic.com.

After I stepped out of the detox shower and burned the radiation suit, I decided to record my observations.

#1: Their website is horrible. It's so badly constructed that it looks like a three-year-old wrote the HTML code. I have seen this observation before, but experiencing it firsthand is the most godawful thing I've ever seen.

#2: I was only able to get in 3 posts before I was torpedoed. I attempted to stick it to them on the Condi/Clarke issue, the "John Kerry Spendometer", and Kerry's and *'s military service (or, in *'s case, the lack thereof).

Other than that, I don't think there's anything else I can tell you that you don't already know about Freepers. Don't ask me why I did this...just know that I'm a survivor of something horrible. :dem:
