DU cooks, please help. I am making PB fudge for YoungerGreenKid's bday and it |
|
calls for 2/3 cup of evaporated milk. I have a 5oz can which is .3oz shy of what the recipe calls for. Is it close enough? Can I dribble in a wee bit of condensed or regular milk to make up the difference?

http://www.ochef.com/664.htmI would think since you're not that much shy, you could add reg. milk, eh?

2. Thanks, in the end though I just had hubby pick up more evaporated milk since |
|
he was headed to the store anyway.
Not that it's made a difference. I don't think I beat it enough because it's not setting real well. More like boiled frosting at this point, but still YUM! LOL
