1. I'm sure a lot of groups will be offended by this Ad but many "Groups" are..

..offended by just about anything.
Even I get (slightly) offended by many Ads that portray the average husband as a simple-minded dolt who can barely
open a can of soup.
For a Society that continually yells about it's Freedoms, we sure bitch a lot about nothing of much importance. :) :)

6. You know what's funny - there are churches that use those same exact tactics

There's a local church that robo calls everyone about their services. And their church offers KFC Sunday where there will be KFC (sometimes Taco Bell) after church.

How pathetic is a church if THAT is the reason they hope you'll attend.

8. That was part of Doritos Super Bowl contest.

They run a contest for best commercial on their web site and show the winner during the Super Bowl. An ad agency created this one, but Pepsi decided it wasn't a finalist.

Pretty smart move. They get the commercial to go viral for free while sternly rebuking the commercial to avoid angering its religious customers.
