Taking her in for a laporoscopy at 6:30 tomorrow morning. She's been a lot of pain for some time now, and the doc figures she has endometriosis. She had it before the kids were born and we didn't expect it to return, but everything else has been ruled out.

I have endometriosis. I had a laporoscopy for it back in '91 when I was 20, just to get cleaned out. Can't do it again because I don't have health insurance anymore. Wouldn't wish it on anyone, it's nasty.

11. **UPDATE**

Mrs. bluesbassman is home. Surgery lasted about an hour. They ended up taking out one of her ovaries as it showed some "adhesions". They'll biopsy it to make sure there was nothing further, but it was most likely the cause of her pain. The good news I suppose was that there was no indication of endometriosis so she's not likely having any recurrence. They also took out her appendix as it was slightly swollen and inflamed. I guess that wasn't a bad idea seeing as how they were right there anyway.

So, she's home and resting. Thanks for all the thoughts. :)
