3. Neil Young's "Rockin' In The Free World."

Since DU was born in the wake of Bush v. Gore it might be more appropriate to include Young's "Let's Impeach The President," but despite his noble intentions, I always felt that was one weak-assed song (not for the politics, just a weak example of songwriting).

So at least "Rockin'" takes a swipe at Poppy Bush and gets us in the ballpark ("We've got a thousand points of light for the homeless man, we've got a kinder gentler machine gun hand").
