AICN received a scoop from an event that took place at the London International School of Performing Arts, where Keanu Reeves spoke to the class about his career while promoting his new movie "Henry's Crime." He spoke briefly about "47 Ronin" and "Bill and Ted 3," but the big news came when Reeves revealed that he met with the Wachowskis around Christmas. They told him that they completed script treatments for two more "Matrix" installments. They are planning to make the films in 3D and have already met with James Cameron to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the technology. Reeves added that he's excited to return as Neo and promised that the treatments will truly revolutionize the action genre like the first "Matrix" film did

5. Good sci-fi and Matrix sequels are incompatible
Sorry Inchworm, I love sci-fi as much as anyone, but I'll be skipping this...I used to think the way you do, then Lucas gave us the Star Wars pre-quel

6. lol
Oh, I'll most definitely wait until it streams on Netflix to watch. If it sucks that bad I'll go back to watching All Creatures Great and Small episodes.

7. Larry Flynt might be able to do something interesting with that franchise.
Think of the amazing porn that might exist in Matrix World...

Otherwise the story has been run into the ground.

8. The real question is, why do the Wachowskis even need Keanu Reeves any more?
The CGI technology necessary to produce a more realistic Neo than the one Reeves portrays existed in the early days of wire frame animation.

9. The bigger news is that "Bill and Ted 3" is in development. But dig this quote...
The most bizarre quote from {Alex} Winter’s interview with MTV: “In all seriousness, it’s a question of when the script is done, when {Keanu} Reeves is free, when I’m free, and getting the whole damn thing up and running.”

When Alex Winter is "free".

(this is the meanest post I've ever done)

10. *spoiler alert* Question.
Wasn't Reeves' character killed in the 3rd Matrix?

11. All yall can take off, Im here to save the truth from yer horrible opinions
I disagree with the herd. I think 3 was better than 1. Was it as groundbreaking? No. Its like watching return of the king after watching the first two, or the return of the Jedi back after watching the first two. Your already introduced, its not mind blowingly new visuals. So what. 3 was still the better movie.

That said, I don't expect a lot out of this potential 4. I will be interested to see what they do with it, but I don't expect a lot. At worst I still feel safe saying that it will be better than Demolition Man or anything that Shakespeare wrote.
