Norwegian teen escapes pack of wolves with cell phone

A 13-year-old Norweigan boy enjoys listening to Creed, and his passion for the 90’s rock band proved to do more than just provide entertainment.

Walter Eikrem was walking home from school earlier this week when he found himself surrounded by a pack of wolves, according to the Russian website Zvuki.ru. The four angry beasts had surrounded Eikrem and in a flash, he unplugged his headphones, cranked up the volume and began blasting Creed’s Overcome.

The animals, distracted and possibly disturbed by the song, turned and trotted away, leaving the boy unharmed.
