Question about online research
I feel that the Lord is moving me towards writing a book about crazy fundies (like the Duggars, but WORSE).

The problem with this is that aside from books that they themselves have written, most of the stuff by and about them is online. We're talking commercial websites, church websites, and personal blogs.

How do I go about organizing my online searching and keeping track of which sites I have visited?

Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

Thanks.

2. Bibliographic management systems
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_reference_management_software

There are tons of free ones, and some work as Firefox add-ons. In addition to saving relevant info, many allow you to make notes, so you can identify which info you got from which source.

5. Why not just set up a folder and use your browser to save whole webpages to the folder?
If you need more organization, for large websites just create a folder named for the homepage and use your browser to save individual webpages from the site to the folder?

Another, similar option, would be to save pdf copies of webpages under the webpage name

If you have tons and tons of pages, you might want to save more that one copy: eg keep copies by webpage name, keep duplicate copies by church name, and keep duplicate copies by individual name
