He was a hateful, racist piece of crap who knocked Civil Rights back twenty years in this nation, escalated foreign tensions to the point where people were blowing airliners out of the sky out of hatred of him, mocked liberals from his bully pulpit instead of trying to work with us, turned us into a debtor nation for the first time (we have been since) with his failed economic policies, nearly bankrupted the nation, and committed treason by secretly selling weapons to nations that had declared war on us and supporting terrorist groups in Central America with the funds from those sales. His legacy is one of blood, pain, suffering and debt.

But of course our media is still promoting his failed legacy by creating a myth that little resembles the actual guy, so the word means whatever anyone wants it to mean.
