27. I just got his books. Lewis Black rocks.
I saw his first concert movie STARK RAVING BLACK.

He is great.
Books are NOTHING SACRED and ME OF LITTLE FAITH.

Excellent.

Roseanne Barr has a new book out: ROSEANNARCHY:DISPATCHES FROM THE NUT FARM

SHe has a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii, so she really does live on a NUT FARM.

She has also declared that she is running for President of the United States and President of Israel. She says Palin is a phony mama grizzly.

14. Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Mitch Hedberg
yes, they're all dead - and Dane Cook still walks the earth. there may be no justice - but there is good comedy to be found in Hicks, Carlin, and Hedberg.

Bill Hicks: "I'm so glad we are free" -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rs-nHQYY6Fg&feature=related

George Carlin: "Religion is bullshit" -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o

Mitch Hedberg: "Mitch Hedberg Compilation Part 1" -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7auvTMm47uM

and just for kicks - a great live comedian is Craig Ferguson: "Craig Ferguson 9/14/10B Late Late Show Kristen Bell" -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExhoRZ4elHo

20. Do you mean Kathy Griffin?
I really enjoy her in short doses. There was a marathon on not too long ago, though, and the snarkiness and the volume got tiring for me.

We recently pulled out all the old Bob Newhart records. I loved him.

22. I've got some dark favorites...
None are safe for work. They're not for everybody, which is an understatement. Fair warning.

Bill Burr,
Jim Jefferies,
Anthony Jeselnik,
Mike DeStefano.

I came to them by way of Marc Maron and the WTF podcast. Great interviews of comics and others, hundreds of them:
