1. I had a friend who was pregnant

She was visiting another friend, a nurse who did a lot of work at the local free clinic. They were chatting over lunch, and the friend said that it was really tough for her not to have a glass of wine with a good meal; she really missed that during her pregnancy. The nurse friend said, "Yeah. I have trouble convincing some of my pregnant patients that it's not a good idea to keep using heroin while they're expecting."
