I've been doin allright too.

I'm pretty excited, I scored Chuck Blackwell as my resident studio drummer at my studio. Yes, THE Chuck Blackwell! :bounce:

8. Yep, that's Chuck
He's 70 now but he can still lay it down on the tubs. His list of album credits is amazing. Taj Mahal, Freddie King, of course lots of work with Leon Russel, and he's on Joe Cocker's Mad Dogs and Englismen album playing percussion. He teaches drums at the music shop where my studio resides so any time I need him for some session work he's there after drum lessons. :D

9. Mad Dogs...
AS you no doubt know, my friend Bobby Keys played sax with those guys, so he and Chuck have to know each other (although I wonder how much they remember).
That's incredible that you're going to have access to him for sessions.
