4. Take good care of yourself

Awful flu going around. Get plenty of fluids to replace what you are losing, dehydration will just increase your headache. You lose Sodium with vomit and Potassium with the other, broth contains both, chicken soup if you can manage is always good. Tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin or Aleve, they all help lower a fever and of course, help with the aches and pains. Stay warm and low to the ground. :hug:

...my sodium. I'm taking a POWERFUL water pill to get rid of sodium and excess fluids (makes
it easier for my heart to function). I call them my YOU-GO-NOW pills. AND I'm
taking FREAKIN' horse pills to replace potassium. I've added spices and sodium-free chicken
broth to a 97c bag of soup vegetables -- and just a TOUCH of diced Andouille sausage.

Aspirin has always been a wonderdrug for me (I take it so rarely)

5. Stomach flu is the absolute worst! I'm so sorry you're feeling so badly.

Try to get some sleep, if you can, drink non-caffienated liquids, & eat bland foods if you actually feel like eating something. If I were able, I'd take some apple juice & chicken soup to you!

Just wanted you to know you're missed when you're not around. Just get well.
