9. Just watching a cat observe things from a window

is relaxing.

I've found that when I watch them, my breathing gets slower and deeper, as if I'm trying not to make ANY kind of noise that would disturb their concentration.

It's fun to watch them act like a radar scope, head and ear turnings and twitches, picking up all kinds of sights and sounds, and you're left wondering, what does he/she see out there that I don't?
