that they are lying? The truth just sounds different somehow.

7. That depends on whether or not I feel any real need to think about it.
I'm not feeling a need anymore to think deeply about everything everybody says: this is especially important when dealing with certain folk, who fall into my "If I ever begin to understand how that person thinks, I'll worry that I'm going crazy too" category

8. There is a metaphor for that.
Since I started programming when really young, and since much of programming was built on concepts of organized thought, many programming metaphors work for many situations.


Coding in assembler language is difficult, and fraught with traps since there is not type safety, or many other built in concepts, but sometimes class structure of C Sharp or C++ has some limitations, and if you can drop down to assembler level, some things can be solved that can't be done in other languages.

On a side note, I am still due beer and travel money, and many experiences.
