Yeah! I lost 5 pounds. And I did it by not eating after 6PM at night. No diet for me. |

I did atkins last year and gained all the weight I lost back. It was too hard to keep up with the no carb diet. If this works...I can stay on it forever. Tell me to be patient because the weight is coming off slowly....but I hope it will be permanent.

I do try and stick to this rule, although my work schedule sometimes makes it hard.
Moderate portion size, less sugar, less fat and no eating after 6:00.
And water. So, so much water.
That's all you need to lose weight and keep it off.

hope those pounds keep coming off.
i eat most of my calories within a few hours of bed and i'd be lost without my bedtime snack.
