At what altitude to jinks become problematic?

1. Apparently it was played something like this. The person with the dice yells "high jinks!" and

throws the dice. If he forgets to yell "high jinks!" he has to drink a glass of beer. Whoever's number comes up (counting around from the person who threw the dice) also has to drink a glass of beer and gets to throw the dice next.

Some versions involve money with the drinking

It was very popular around 1700. I think everyone who used to play this game regularly is dead now -- so maybe it is problematic
