Do you just love canned fruit?

I really like canned peaches, canned pineapple, canned peach halves and even canned fruit cocktail. I buy the stuff packed in juice, rather than the syrupy stuff.

My wife thinks this is very weird.

1. You don't have to worry about it going bad like fresh fruit

I was in the Army back when they still used C-Rations, a couple of different cans of stuff in a small cardboard box. Among my favorite things was the fruit cocktail or canned peaches. They also had a canned pound cake that was good with either of the 2 fruit desserts...I still have several cans of various kinds of fruit in my cupboard-I eat it with cottage cheese. I love it.
And I still have a can opener that came with the C rations on my keychain.
