Gah, jury duty again.

I try to be a good, civic-minded sport about it, and all told, it's less of a hardship for me than it is lots of other people, but still - 3 times in 4 years is pushing my tolerance (only a one-year autoexemption here). Plus, it's a 4-day requirement with no call-in system. I wouldn't mind actually sitting on a jury so much, but burning a week just sitting around in the jury pool again, ugh.

3. Simple possesion would be highly unlikely to be on the docket here.

And I doubt that I would go the jury nullification route on a distribution charge unless it was very small-scale. Like I said though, I have yet to even make it to voire dire the other times I've done it.
