Fuck it. I can't handle one more shred of news today. I'm down for Buffy... |
|
The Vampire Slayer (season 5) , and brandy and a bowl.
Tis time to turn on, tune in, and Buff out, my friends.
Stop the world, I want to get off.

That actually sounds good. I need something time-consuming to take my mind off things.

7. Agreed. Glory is my all-time favorite baddie, Dawn was a wonderful addition... |

to the cast, they finally let Xander man-up a bit, Tara and Willow's relationship is a delight, and "The Body" is, IMO not only Buffy's best episode, but one of TV's finest hours.
Season 2 is probably my favorite over-all, but 4 is a close second.
And Buffy is incredibly good medicine when I need a break from real-world monsters and scary stuff.

8. Buffy is very comforting. |

Seasons 3 and 5 are tied for the favorites (I think!). Seasons
I didn't care for Riley too much, to be honest. Riley was so patriarchal or something - he just needed to relax!
I liked the season 4 episodes that weren't deeply tied to the season plot. But season 4 was also good as the first post-high school season. One of my favorites was with the annoying roommate in the episode "Living Conditions." The roommates was soooo annoying, and constantly playing "Believe" by Cher (which, admittedly, I did purchase when it came out lol). "Fear Itself" was a good psychological investigation. The whole "Initiative"/Adam thing was not too engaging though, in my opinion.
Recuperating from illness, I think that Buffy might be just the thing for me!
