Why would control of our bowels be necessary, or even possible, from an evolutionary standpoint?

4. Look at cats. They are little prey animals even though they hunt. They

take good care of what they void and bury it. Dogs on the other hand will go anywhere. I guess they didn't have to worry about cholera either. Humans probably figured out that an orderly outhouse situation was a healthy situation.
