What weighs more?? 3 pounds or raw beef or 3 pounds of cooked beef? |
It always seems like my beef and chicken loses a lot of it's weight during the cooking process.

1. 3 pounds of beef, cooked, will weigh less than 3 pounds of raw beef. |

4. Most of the weight is water, so you can lose some weight, depending on how you cook it |
But if you're cooking it in water, you won't lose weight for that reason

7. Depends - if you are using the 3lbs of raw beef it will weigh less than 3lbs in the end |
but if you compared the 2 side-by-side they would be the same.
