Jeez. Owner's manual available online. Only. |
Just bought some wireless phones for the house. They came with a small one page guide for setting up. Plug in, charge for 24 hours, etc. :eyes:
No owner's manual for how to do all the other things the phones are capable of. It's online only. www.consumerservicerefurbish.com So if you don't happen to own a computer you're SOL. :-( They must be saving millions by not printing and shipping them with the product.

1. I'm a fan of online owner's manuals |
Less packaging waste, and easier to find months after I buy the product and have no idea where the paper manual might be

2. My computer only had an online manual. Since I didn't have internet service |
yet when I first bought the computer, ask me if I didn't have fun trying to figure out how to get it going.

3. That really gets me: online manuals for computers. |
Totally useless if you don't know how to set up a computer (as well as if you don't have Internet service--or if your service is down). I think online manuals suck. To me, they're much more of a pain in the ass to use to look something up. I find it much easier to look through a book in my hand.
