Is there a video file to DVD burner software, that works?

The DVDVideosoft one no longer works.

Oh, and are there any that are free, *NO* shareware or "10-day trial," or watermark added to any recording?

If you do, I'd recommend you pick up Badaboom. It's exclusively for modern NVidia GPUs, but the program does almost anything. It will convert just about any video format into just about any other video format. And it also utilizes GPU acceleration so it's quicker than just about any other conversion program which uses the CPU alone. Also, MagicISO will create DVD images out of just about anything.
