Miracle Noodles
Have any of you heard of or tried Miracle Noodles? They have no calories and no carbohydrates.

I think I'm going to try them.

3. These sound like they might be ...
... the same as Japanese "yam noodles", in which case they're basically flavorless, but have a satisfying chewy texture. They make for pretty good ramen. The Japanese version is also available as "yam cake", which is good for cutting up and putting in stir-fries and the like. It's sometimes "flavored" with seaweed, but even the green flecked version has very little flavor at all.

5. Thanks! I just ordered them!
I ave tried subbing spaghetti squash for pasta dishes, but it releases too much liquid and the sauce soon gets watery. I'd love to find a better substitute for pasta and rice :-) I'll review here after I try it!

7. I have tried them, they're not too bad. Make sure you rinse them well too get
rid of the smell. Daughter is a picky eater and she even agreed they were "do-able".

So far I don't like the texture. I tried them to sub for spaghetti tonight. I may try a stir-fry tomorrow.
